NEW! Yoga 8:30am – 9:30am every Sunday before meditation

In the gym, with instructor Anh Chue, we will do gentle Hatha Yoga, a form of physical exercise for relaxation, body flexibility and strength that is appropriate for all levels, including beginners. Bring a yoga mat and any props if you use them.  Please come 5-10 minutes before class starts.

There are change rooms and showers at the Centre for your use. After the class, silent meditation begins upstairs at 10:00am until 11:00am.

No need to register for yoga, just show up and pay at the door. Pay what you can and support our non-profit Centre (minimum $10 please)
