ONLINE --easy to access, even if you aren't good with computers!  You need a computer or tablet with a camera and mic.  Online might sound impersonal, but those who participate end up feeling that it was just as satisfying as in person.

Pre-requisite:  meditation instruction at Shambhala

Senior teacher Debbie McCubbin teaches this impactful course exploring compassion and joy, and how they are inter-related. Through study and practice, we can learn to recognize the patterns that keep us trapped, cultivate more compassion for ourselves and others, and experience joy more frequently in our lives.  This course also provides an introduction to the Buddhist concept of bodhicitta, 'awakened heart/mind'.

Tuesday evenings in November 7:15 to 9:15. The course consists of practice, talks and group discussion.
