In this five-week program, the second in the Everyday Life series, you’ll explore how meditation can help you cultivate your appreciation for yourself and your everyday experience. By examining your own relationship to challenges and chaos, you can begin to reduce unnecessary stress and self-judgement, facing the ups and downs of life with greater curiosity and less reactivity.

Suitable for new and experienced meditators, this course includes talks, discussion, and contemplations, as well as meditation instruction, with five weekly meetings starting Monday March 19, 2018.
