Monthly Shambhala Sadhana

December 31st—December 23rd

Date details +

The Shambhala Sadhana is a combination of chanting, visualization and contemplation that is approximately one hour long. It is simple and quite powerful in its direct approach, drawn from the  inspiration to express basic human kindness and develop doubtless confidence in basic goodness.

Reciting the Sadhana helps us deepen our insight and feeling of basic goodness and enlightened society. Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche has requested that on or near the full moon we gather as a community throughout Shambhala to practise together.

These monthly Shambhala Sadhana gatherings are for Shambhala centre members who make regular membership donations, and/or are considered members as regular volunteers.

    Donations are welcomed.
