Learn to meditate

We offer free Meditation Instruction every Sunday. The 1 hour class starts at 10:00 a.m.

We also offer it every Wednesday. Instruction starts at 7 p.m.

Perhaps you’ve decided you wanted to learn to meditate, or you’ve tried it on your own but have difficulties or questions.   We offer free meditation instruction in an environment with other new people.   You can also find out about the variety of programs and opportunities for group meditation practice offered here.  No need to register ahead of time, just show up!

Regular group meditation sittings

We offer regular group meditation sittings every Sunday morning at 10 am and Wednesday evening at 7 pm.  These sittings are silent shamatha/vipasana (mindful/awareness) one hour long, with a walking meditation halfway through.
